Eat much less than u are used to. About two meals a day is what I ate. Then I ate no sugar, soft drinks or candy.
I tried not to eat pizza. I excersized about 5-7 times a week and drank lots of water.
This made me feel hungry but after a while I got used to the feeling and the result was that I lost 25 pounds in one month.
