To be calm and focused in everyday life is important for me and many others I am sure.
This is something that must be practiced. When we lose our temper we become subject to others influence in both good or bad. It is much better to be in control of the mind and allowing others to influence you when you feel like it.
Psychological balance is mainly achieved by doing what you say you will even with small things. When you do this you will feel in control and centered in your life.
