Malate
Malate is Manilas bohemian nightlife district and the area has many different bars and music lounges and karaoke and stripclubs. Most of the nightlife is centered around Remedios Circle wher many places to eat also can be found. Japanese and Korean places here are common and there are both bars and girlie bars even if most of the clubs are focused on music. There are some roads which are exclusively for girlie bars. One of the more well known bars is Cafe Havana. The main roads in Malate are Adriatico street and Mabini which also is known as the tourist strip. Here all the usual money changers, travel agents and girlie bars can be found. It is even possible to go to shooting ranges. In the daytime Malate outside of Mabini, Adriatico is calm and also a residential area. Lots of kids play around in the streets here and it is a generally hospitable place.
