The roundhouse kick is one of the most lethal kicks in most martial arts. the kick consists of swinging the rear leg in a circular motion through and against the target. In muay thai the front foot pivots with the force being generated from the hips. The target for this kick is the ribs thigh or head. The roundhouse kick creates amounts of pain when it connects with the target. The muay thai fighter is a dangerous one.
