Easiest country in SE Asia to live in

Is Thailand because it has the largest foreign population and is the country with the most developed infrastructure. It is also the gateway between east and west so that many flights are available to Europe.

The Philippines is more difficult to live in because taht the culture there is more traditional. The infrastructure is not very good.

Malaysia is another alternative because it has a english speaking mixed population.
